This FREE service is complemented by our Business ICT Diagnostic Review.

Business ICT Diagnostic Review

This service provides a prioritised action plan and key findings report tailored for your business. There is a charge for the diagnostic review which is fully refundable against future orders for Solvetech services.

This key report will

>	Identify any current failings/weaknesses
>	Produce an action plan that is prioritised according to your business needs

Each diagnostic is individually tailored to meet the needs of your business and the cost (refundable) varies according to how much analysis is required. A typical diagnostic review of a small SME with up to ten computers would cost £299.00.

The Business ICT Advice Service comprises of a free, face-to-face visit by a Solvetech Account Manager or Product Specialist to provide general help and advice on ICT issues. This offer is open to all UK businesses with more than 5 employees. No purchase necessary.

The Business ICT Diagnostic Review is a paid for service with the cost being fully refundable against a future order for Solvetech services but not computer hardware or software.
